Thank you for your interest in the Hadley Jr. High interscholastic athletic program. The Wildcats are part of the12-school Illinois Prairie Athletic Conference which includes Edison, Glen Crest, Glen Westlake, Glenside, Hubble, Franklin, Leman, Monroe, Marquardt, Jay Stream and Stratford Middle Schools. Conference competition takes place in Basketball, Cross Country, Track, Volleyball, Soccer, and Wrestling.

NOTE: There is a $40 one-time athletic fee required to participate on a Hadley athletic team.

Interscholastic sports are generally open to 7th and 8th graders, but Soccer, Cross Country and Wrestling are open to all grade levels. All sports conduct scheduled tryouts except Cross Country, Wrestling and Track, which are "no cut" sports. There is also a Cheerleading squad chosen to cheer at boys home Basketball games.
